Service Description

Join our stress management and trained behavioural coach Sarah, as we explore how the body reacts when we are stressed or anxious. And what happens to our brain and gut when the physical signs of stress manifest. This session will demonstrate practical techniques such as mindfulness, tapping and havening to minimise stress and anxiety responses. The tools you learn will remain with you forever. This is a face to face workshop taking place in The Jetty.
