Katie, our sleep coach works with sports companies and individuals to improve sleep for performance, productivity and wellbeing. This session will uncover: - The 'coronasomnia' phenomenon - Why we need sleep, and what regulates sleep - Understanding personal sleep ranges - 4 key sleep scheduling concepts to reduce sleep onset time and improve sleep quality - The importance of keeping your bed as a strong cue for sleep - How to avoid afternoon fatigue - Simple, daily lifestyle changes to support more restful sleep Katie is a qualified Integrative Sleep Coach for Adult Insomnia and is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) clinician She has worked with the NHS, sports organisations and individuals.
