    • A high temperature

    • A new, continuous cough

If you have any health conditions which under current Government guidelines, require you to be shielding.

If any member of your household is experiencing any of the above symptoms and/OR if you have been contacted under the Government Contact Track and Trace system and have been asked to self-isolate.

If you have returned in the past 14 days, from any country requiring a 14 day quarantine period upon entry to the UK:

How we're keeping you safe in our studio

Your safety and that of our coaches is paramount. Below are the measures and policies we have in place to ensure wellbeing classes can continue to take place at our studio:

  • Floor space is steam cleaned after each class

  • No studio mats are available either for clients or coaches - please bring your own

  • There are clear markings for mat placements to ensure spaces between class attendees is in keeping with government guidelines

  • Currently we are restricting the use of shared equipment to resistance bands only with alcohol sanitiser used prior and after use

  • We have a one way entry and exit system within the studio space

  • The air conditioning does not use recycled air - the unit air-conditioning uses an outdoor entry and exit point

  • All hard surfaces such as chairs and doors are sanitised with Public Health England approved methods

  • We have limited the class sizes in keeping with government guidance

  • We operate a strict track and trace system - no walk-ins and each class attendee has to register with their contact details

Should you have any concerns or queries regarding any of the above, please email us:
