Located in the Cascades Shopping Centre, we're bringing wellbeing experiences to the heart of the Portsmouth community.
Our Portsmouth location offers a range of wellbeing classes from Pilates and Yoga to Mindfulness and toddler yoga.
We have discounted rates for students and NHS staff - simply email firstname.lastname@example.org for info.

About Our Classes
Vinyasa & Slow Flow Yoga
Pilates helps strengthen the back and core, and recover from and prevent injuries. Safely working pretty much every muscle in the body! Our Pilates classes are suitable for all levels.
A faster paced yoga class using body and breathwork to leave you energised. Suitable for all levels but will challenge you!
Quickie Glutes & Core
All about the bands and balance for a tighter middle and behind! 30 mins of intense focus on all parts of the glutes, quads and abdominals. Equipment required: own mat and small loop resistance bands.
Flow & Mindfulness
An hour of deep stretching and flows with movement - a fusion of yoga and advanced stretching with a bit of free flows thrown in. Includes mindfulness at start of each session.
Think Pilates crossed with Ballet crossed with strength!
This 60 minute class will have you feeling strong, lean and light as a dancer by the end. Suitable for all levels. Equipment: own mat when outdoors.
Bringing the beats to avoid thinking about the burn. Choregraphed sequences to bring out your inner Beyonce!
You won't even notice you worked out as you'll be having so much fun!
The equipment free workout that gets the heart racing. Using bodyweight moves in quick bursts with rest intervals, HIIT is one of the most efficient fat-burning workouts.
A series of salutations and flows designed to energise and release. Wednesday's class has more inversions and balances. Monday (Online only) and Saturday classes are a slow flow vinyasa.
About Our Space
The Hour Wellbeing Space is located in the Cascades Shopping Centre, Unit 48A along Kingswell Path. There is paid parking within the centre carpark. And a number of public transport options.
Our space is fully equipped with mats and props. However, you're welcome to bring your own.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time and note, for the safety of all, our doors will be locked when a class is in progress - please refrain from disturbing a class if already in progress.
Please remove your footwear when entering our space as all sessions take place barefoot.
Kindly, sanitise your mat and equipment after use using the sanitiser available.
