Service Description

This one hour in person workshop will teach participants to introduce the power of sound-based mindfulness techniques to reduce their anxiety, improve sleep and minimise physical symptoms of stress. The workshop is for those who: - Struggle to anchor the mind to breathwork or body scans - Anyone looking to deepen an existing practice of mindfulness - Have struggled with anxiety and stress and find it hard to minimise symptoms - Are seeking an afternoon of relaxation, stillness, and learning The workshop will introduce you to using nature based sound as well as instrument based sound. During the session we will look to better understand the effect sound can have on our para-sympathetic and sympathetic systems. Please note the session is unsuitable for those suffering tinnitus, epilepsy or those with pacemakers or metal in the body (pins, bolts etc.).
