Prioritising Your Own Wellbeing

This year's World Mental Health Day theme is 'Making mental health and wellbeing a priority for all'.

Join us for this free talk looking at how each of us can prioritise our own wellbeing which can get lost in the day to day. Hosted by The Hour in partnership with Greenwich Peninsula, the talk takes place at The Hour Wellbeing Space in The O2.

In this one hour workshop we'll learn:

  • the four keys to personal wellbeing: our minds, bodies, diet and sleep
  • how each of these affects the other and what happens when we neglect them
  • what's in our control and what isn't when it comes to prioritising our wellbeing?
  • how technology and social media affect our mental health
  • the key to adopting new wellbeing habits and making them stick

Each participant will leave with one wellbeing challenge to adopt over the coming weeks.

  We'll conclude with a Q&A.

Session is free to those who live or work on Greenwich Peninsula and takes place at The Hour Wellbeing Space in The O2.
