About our 6 week mindfulness programme
Our programme consists of 2 one hour weekly sessions (Sunday and Wednesday evenings). The sessions take place at our wellbeing space in The O2 on Sundays and via Zoom on Wednesdays. Both sessions can be attended virtually if preferred - for anyone who cannot make an in person session. The course is based on our employee mindfulness programme which has been delivered to companies across the U.K. This is the first time we are making it available to individuals.
What does the programme cover?
History, evidence-based benefits and principal techniques.
Building a daily practice, uncovering mindful eating, touch and living.
Mindfulness to improve personal and professional relationships.
Difficult situations & emotions
Using your practice to handle emotional reactions and difficult thoughts and situations. Learning to respond not react.
Coping with stress & anxiety
Mindfulness to live a less stressful life and minimising anxiety.
Living a mindful life
Building on lessons learnt to continue living a mindful life.

Who can do the programme
Anyone aged over 18. Suitable for beginners and those with an existing practice.
£299 for the course. Must be paid in full prior to start date.
