Understanding Stress & Anxiety
A lunch and learn providing the foundations of better mental wellbeing
For many of us, 2020 has challenged our mental health in many ways. The causes and symptoms of stress and anxiety have increased and many of, have either struggled to cope, or recognise when we are experiencing early on-set of stress or anxiety. In order to manage stress and minimise anxiety, understanding what these are and how they affect us, is the foundation to any solution. In this session led by Sarah Dodsley, Stress Management and Life Coach, you’ll develop an understanding of what stress and anxiety are, how our bodies and minds are affected by these, and identify your own stress triggers. The session has interactive elements and exercises so please have a pen and paper/notebook with you. This session is a pre-cursor to our session: ‘Managing Stress & Anxiety’.
