Spring Thrive - Mental Wellbeing

In partnership with Greenwich Peninsula, Thrive is back for 2026.

This year's Spring Thrive will run from 16th to 30th May with theme of Mental Wellbeing. The week prior is Mental Health Awareness Week and we want to support resident mental wellbeing with a curated series of classes and sessions.

 

Classes take place in Memorial Park. In case of rain, you will be contacted if there is a location change or cancellation.

 

Please bring a yoga mat to all sessions.
