About Thrive
Thrive is a community wellness programme brought to in collaboration with Knight Dragon.
Now in its 5th year, Thrive aims to provide community connections, wellbeing experiences, and immersion in the local environments.

Please note, you must bring your own mat to sessions (other than Zumba), and no-shows affect our ability to put on these sessions. Please ensure you cancel your booking if needed, via the app (see link at bottom).
About the Sessions
Yoga in the Park
Our yoga sessions are led by Liloo and George - both local to SE London.
Liloo has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over a decade and her classes bring a gentle ebb and flow to the body through her sequences.
George has his own unique blend of yogic philosophy, understanding of the body, and humour through challenge.

Sound Baths
A Sound Bath consists of laying down whilst the sound therapist plays a Gong, flutes, bowls, chimes and any number of instruments. This summer we're joined by the wonderful George of The Sound Shift. George resides in Costa Rica but is back for the summer sound season and we're lucky to have him!
Heidi Gowthorpe has been working with The Hour for sometime and this is her first Thrive session - her sound sessions are very special.
Note, due to no-shows, we no longer are able to offer these sessions for free. £10 fee is donated to Mum's Aid.

Pilates and Barre
This summer, we welcome Eliza to our Thrive community. Eliza is an Australian dance and pilates professional and she brings her combination of these practices to the park all summer. Katie, is a SE based Barre instructor and has joined us as part of Thrive over the past 5 years. Her classes are accessible but challenging - just the right amount!

Zumba & Stretch & Flow
Sharon brings unmatched energy and joyous vibes to the Peninsula with her Zumba sessions. With choreo running over the 4 weeks, its the perfect chance to improve your rhythm, co-ordination, whilst having much fun! Jazz, runs The Hour and her Stretch & Flow classes combine deep releasing stretches with yoga flows. Expect to leave feeling lighter!

Glutes & Core
Glutes & Core is a 45 minute class suitable for all levels. Using looped resistance bands, we work the lower body in circuits, and the core in the next circuit. There is no cardio involved so no need to worry about being sweaty!
If you have looped resistance bands, please bring them, but bands are provided.

Please note bookings open 7 days in advance, and close 2 hours before each session starts.
