Art and creativity can be wonderfully therapeutic. But many of us don't know where to start, or convince ourselves we need 'talent' to paint. This art workshop ''Circle of Wellness' is led by local artist and art teacher, Annie, who will be guiding us through the workshop and showing us how to express creativity and use art for therapy. Circle of Wellness - A watercolour project to soothe your soul. Together with Annie we'll create a watercolour artwork as an act of self care - a kindness to the mind, body and soul. Class is suitable for all levels - note this is not a children's session, however. All materials provided. Please arrive on time - we will be unable to allow latecomers to join. Location: The Jetty
