Charlie is an exceptional Breathwork and energy work. About the session: The session begins with a Grounding practice and connecting into the field. You will then be guided into a deeply Intuitive Breathwork practice. The practice includes Bodywork, Vocal release and Energetics. The process is co-creative, and you'll work together to open up the breath, connect deeply to the body, and explore layers and aspects of the soul. There is a point of contact reached, where the session becomes more energy focused, to increase understanding of your own personal field, receive messages and expand. The session concludes with space to rest and further explore your senses and your soul gifts. Every session is unique, and transformational. The work done in these sessions creates lasting new connections to your body and field. About Charlie: Her passion for helping people reach their optimum through body work came from her own life changing experiences of this work. Charlie’s teaching is focused on facilitating healing and growth by tapping into your own source of energy, health and happiness. Her approach is intuitive and focused on each person/team uniquely. She has been featured in BBC radio, the Sunday times, British Red Cross and is an international speaker and workshop leader for health conferences and retreats on this topic. Please bring a mat, cushion, pen and paper/notebook.
