Service Description

This very special session led by Lizzie from A Curious Herbal, is not to be missed. Lizzie has a natural skill and talent for healing and therapy. In Reiki or energy healing, expect to be laying down with a blanket and pillow. The first part of the session will be an overview of Reiki healing - what is it, how does it work? And we'll then begin a group Reiki session. Each person will receive healing Reiki as Lizzie makes her way around each of you. There is no need to wear yoga/leisure wear. The workshop is not suitable for children, Workshop takes place at our studio in The O2 (next to The Body Shop). This will be a popular session so please let us know well in advance if you can't make it.
