Join our senior movement coach Georgia for this workshop which provides a grounding in spine and body health. Georgia will share typical mistakes many of us make when working from the comfort of our own homes and provide a guided series of chair and desk-based exercises to do daily when working from home. Suited for all levels - no gym wear necessary. A great education in physical health.
