Service Description

Your wellbeing affects your relationships at work, home and community. Take some time to work on yourself. The Art of Mindful Living session will teach you how to lead a more mindful life: discovering how being more present improves one's relationship with ourselves and others. Ultimately leading a life in the here, opens us up to joy, develops our emotional intelligence and helps discover the wonder of life rather than a focus on the negative. The session will take place over Zoom or in our studio - pending Covid-19 regulations.
