Service Description

Glutes and Core is a fitness class using various types of resistance bands to work the legs and glutes. Each circuit is interspersed with core work. Think plank, v sits, bear crawls, leg raises, pulse squats and more! Suitable for all levels. If you like a bit of a challenge without getting sweaty - this is for you! If you have your own booty band /loop resistance band - feel free to bring. Don't forget your mat!
