Free Panel Talk - Men's Mental Health
For Men's Mental Health Week, we've partnered with the StrongMen Charity. The charity was founded by a talk guest Efrem Brynin and his co-founder Dan Cross. Both men have experienced personal bereavement of loved ones and suffered poor mental health as a result. They met during filming of C4's “SAS who dares wins” where both were recruits. The charity supports men struggling with grief and poor mental health with a telephone peer-led support line Man2Man as well as weekend adventure retreats designed to give men an opportunity to bond with others and to share experiences.

We're delighted to welcome Efrem Brynin to this special talk. The talk is free and will be in an informal setting over a beer/wine at Ardoa by Vinotec Compass in Greenwich Peninsula.

The talk will look at the ways in which men's mental health has been shaped by society, the areas of support lacking, and how to support males of all ages with their mental health.

The talk is open to men and their family and friends as it's vital we all understand how to support the men in our lives.
